1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the mx365 platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By accessing the mx365 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

mx365 is an online betting and casino entertainment platform that offers sports betting on cricket, football, basketball, and more, as well as slots and live casino gaming services for Bangladeshi users. Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms always apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In case of any conflict, these Terms take precedence.

1.2 Language

These Terms were originally written in Bengali, which is the primary and official version. If any conflict arises with a translated version, the Bengali version will prevail.

2 Account Registration

To create an account at mx365, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid email address or mobile number that you fully control.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

If any information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, mx365 reserves the right to close the relevant account and cancel any pending transactions at any time.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the mx365 support team immediately.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

mx365 is for users aged 21 and above only. 21+ mx365 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time if required.

3.1 Required Documents

For identity verification, mx365 may request the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

3.2 Verification Process

mx365 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until verification is complete. Failure to provide documents in a timely manner may result in temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Popular Bangladeshi payment methods can be used for deposits and withdrawals at mx365.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently active at mx365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The maximum deposit limit depends on the specific payment method and may vary.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount for each payment method is ৳800. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, bank transfers may take additional time due to the bank's own processing period.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The payment method must be registered in the account holder's name.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• mx365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mx365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular users. The following terms apply when using these bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from that bonus. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Funds from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements for that bonus are met.
• mx365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If mx365 suspects abuse of bonus benefits, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus on that account.

5.4 VIP Program

The mx365 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on mx365 is conducted in a fair and honest environment. The following rules must be strictly followed.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All betting decisions are made at the user's own discretion and responsibility.
• A placed bet generally cannot be cancelled, though exceptions may apply in specific circumstances such as event cancellation.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, it will be settled according to mx365's own policy.
• mx365 will determine the settlement policy for incomplete events.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• The game provider's own rules may also apply.

6.3 Betting Limits

mx365 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any betting market. These limits may vary depending on the event and market.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mx365 platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours.
• Any abuse of the bonus system, such as arbitrage betting or collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or systems.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software or bots to influence the gaming environment.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 mx365's Rights

mx365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Due to legal obligations.

8.2 User Rights

A user may request to close their account at any time. Subject to settlement of all pending bets and fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements, the available balance may be withdrawn before account closure.

8.3 After Account Closure

Even after an account is closed, the applicable provisions of these Terms will remain in effect, particularly those relating to liability, dispute resolution, and privacy.

• Any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account if you did not take adequate security measures.
